Infrastructure Grants range from $100,000 to $3,000,000, requiring a 50% match; a reduced 25% match for underserved and disadvantaged groups. Equipment Grants range from $10,000 to $100,000 with no match necessary. Applications are due by March 15 at 5 p.m. CT.
