D.A. wants bond revoked for man accused of killing two during Hal’s St. Paddy’s Parade

SUMMARY: The Hinds County District Attorney’s Office has requested the Circuit Court to revoke the bond of Jordan Cummins, who was accused of killing two people during the Hal’s St. Paddy’s Parade in March 2023. Cummins allegedly violated the terms of his bond by contacting the other defendant, Jenny Lukens, in the case and failing to follow court-imposed curfew restrictions. The request to revoke the bond was filed on January 3, 2024. Cummins was charged with two counts of first-degree murder for the deaths of Joshua Spann and Auden Jubilee Simpkins during the shooting at the parade. Lukens was also arrested in connection to the shooting.

All aboard Delta flight survive after plane flips while landing in Toronto
