Texas sues administration for not verifying voter registration citizenship info | Texas
SUMMARY: Texas has filed a lawsuit against the Biden-Harris administration for failing to provide requested citizenship status information about registered voters, as required by federal law. This follows similar actions by Florida and a coalition of states, which aim to remove noncitizens from voter rolls.
