The coronavirus is having a very negative effect on many people’s social lives and that includes the St. Paul Carnival Association as they will not be allowing Mardi Gras parades. The Pass parade in Pass Christian, Missouri is a yearly parade that many look forward to but it has been cancelled. The decision to cancel was made out of caution and to put the safety of the public first. This move also negatively impacts business owners as the businesses on the parade route make a lot of money each year due to the parade.
