The project, named Prado Vista, includes plans for a national grocery store, hotels, office and retail spaces, a river walk, and over 200 homes, with Topgolf being the initial phase. Featuring 60 bays, a restaurant, and entertainment facilities, Topgolf is set to create 200 jobs and generate over $1 million in tax revenue for Madison County.
