SUMMARY: Hurricane Helen has introduced significant debris into the Tennessee and Clinch Rivers in Kingston, affecting local water quality. Kingston’s utility director, Kevin Hamilton, noted that debris levels reached a record high of 150 parts per million at the treatment plant.
