Columbus love triangle shooting results in husband hospitalized

SUMMARY: Quindarious Robertson, 23, was hospitalized after being shot during a love triangle altercation in Columbus, Mississippi. Robertson had attempted to enter a North 10th Street residence to confront his wife, who was inside with the male homeowner. The homeowner shot Robertson as he tried to forcibly enter the property. No arrests have been made as Robertson is considered to have trespassed, and the homeowner may be protected by Mississippi’s castle doctrine laws, which justify self-defense in one’s home. The Columbus Police Department will present the case to a grand jury for review. No charges have been filed at present.
