Columbus first responders receive new storm shelters

Man indicted for man slaughter after deadly crash in Calhoun Co.

Columbus man sentenced to life in prison after murder in Starkville

The charges stemmed from the shooting of 31-year-old Kirby Sherman during an incident in Starkville in April 2023. Initially charged with Capital Murder, Henley was by the U.S. Marshals Task Force after the shooting at Blake Court Townhouses, where Sherman was found dead on the scene.
