Columbus first responders receive new storm shelters
SUMMARY: Columbus Fire and Rescue has received its first two storm shelters, enhancing safety for first responders during severe weather events. Previously, firefighters sought shelter under trucks during tornado warnings. Fire Station One will house three shelters, while other stations will each have two.
