MGCCC students earn top honors at 2025 Mississippi Community College Art Instructors Association competition

HII Hosts US Marine Corps Officers at Ingalls Shipbuilding
SUMMARY: On April 2, 2025, HII hosted U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Gen. Eric Austin and other officials at its Ingalls Shipbuilding division in Pascagoula, Miss. Southern Miss freshman earns Congressional Silver Medal
SUMMARY: Molly Collins, a freshman at the University of Southern Mississippi, received the Congressional Award Program’s Silver Medal for her extensive volunteer efforts. To achieve this recognition, she completed over 200 hours of public service, 100 hours of personal development, and 100 hours of physical fitness. Collins, a computer science major from Madison, participated in community activities, including volunteering at local farmers markets and the Mississippi Children’s Museum, along with spearheading projects with the Metro Leo Club.
