Mayor Toby Barker says the overall goal for the city in 2024 is growth and reflection. He wants residents to participate and give feedback on the direction for the city. Apart from town hall meetings, there will be an online survey, and internal deliberation. They also plan to establish a safety plan for the community and update the comprehensive plan.
