Caught on camera: FHP high speed pursuit of reckless driver on I-95
SUMMARY: A chase involving a reckless driver in Miami-Dade led to a crash on two interstates early Saturday morning. It began around 2:00 AM when a Florida Highway Patrol trooper spotted the driver on I-95 near 119th Street. The pursuit ended on I-195 near Alton Road, where the car crashed, taking down several trees and ending in a splash. While the driver and two passengers were arrested, a fourth person jumped into the bay and remains at large. Authorities are currently utilizing K-9 units and dive teams to search for this individual.
The chase, which happened on Saturday, ended when the driver lost control near Alton Road, went into a grassy area and hit several trees. Three people were taken into custody.
