Mississippi deputies save 18-wheeler driver minutes before vehicle caught fire

SUMMARY: Two Rankin County deputies rescued an 18-wheeler driver moments before his vehicle caught fire on July 1. The incident occurred around 4:45 p.m. on Interstate 20 after the truck veered off the road and crashed into a wooded area.
