Former Madison County detention employee charged with animal cruelty
SUMMARY: A former detention employee in Madison County, Wesley Kiser, was arrested for animal cruelty after deputies discovered 45 malnourished dogs and four horses at his residence. Madison County Sheriff Randy Tucker reported that the animals lacked protection from the weather and were taken to the Webster Animal Shelter and several veterinarians for care.
