Celebration of Life held for teen killed at Hattiesburg poultry plant
SUMMARY: A memorial service was held for Duvan Perez, a 16-year-old who was killed while working at a poultry plant in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Perez’s family and friends wore his favorite colors, red and black, to honor him. Perez was an immigrant from Guatemala, and his family wishes to have his body returned to his home country.
