Celebrate 40 years of helping domestic abuse victims at 5th annual En Plein Air
SUMMARY: The Domestic Abuse Family Shelter is celebrating its 40th anniversary with an event called Inlanear, featuring 23 artists from across the Southeast. The artists will paint in Trustmark Park in Laurel, with the public invited to purchase the original paintings. The event will also include food trucks, music, and a children’s division sponsored by Man State Bank. The children’s division offers a chance to win a season pass to Serengetti Springs at the Hattiesburg Zoo. People can pre-register for the event at paintinlaurel.com. The event is free and open to the public, with a focus on supporting the artists and the shelter.

Thankfully, Walker is now feeling well and embracing life again.
