Care Lodge set to host Clothing Giveaway event
SUMMARY: A man has been sentenced to 8 years in prison, with 4 years suspended, on conditions of successfully completing 2 years of post-release supervision and a community service program. A non-profit in the Queen City will host a clothing giveaway tomorrow. Care Lodge in Meridian has a clothing closet full of items for those in need. The community is invited to come and pick out items for free. The organization offers a clothing closet for their clients and relies on the generosity of the community to provide an abundance of clothing for those in need. The clothing giveaway will take place tomorrow at Care Lodge located at 1627 23rd Avenue in Meridian from 9 am to 2 pm.
