Burnham, Wise, Zielinski named Cobalt All-America Scholars
SUMMARY: Three sophomores from Mississippi Gulf Coast’s national championship golf team—Will Burnham, Jackson Wise, and Andrew Zielinski—received Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar awards for their academic and athletic achievements. To qualify, players must participate in at least 50% of competitive rounds, have a stroke average under 77, and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.2. Burnham, ranked No. 1 nationally, graduated with a 3.84 GPA and will play at Southern Miss. Wise, with a 3.65 GPA, will continue at Mississippi State, and Zielinski, ranked No. 2, graduated with a 3.92 GPA and will join Lee University.
