Pleasant daytime highs will reach the low 70s, dropping to 61°F in the evening. The dry conditions persist with no rain in the upcoming forecast, while the weather remains quiet. Hurricane Milton is intensifying and could reach category four status as it approaches Florida. It may weaken to category three but will still impact areas like Tampa and Orlando. Weather patterns will be monitored closely.

Man at UofL Hospital in critical condition after being struck twice walking on I-65
SUMMARY: A man is hospitalized in critical condition after being struck by two cars on I-65 near the airport on Saturday night. The incident occurred shortly after 9:30 PM when police responded to reports of a man down in the roadway. It is unclear why the man was in the road. The first vehicle hit him, pushing him into another lane, where a second vehicle also collided with him. Both drivers stopped at the scene, and no charges are anticipated against them. The injured man is currently fighting for his life.
