AT&T restores service after widespread outage
SUMMARY: An AT&T outage has impacted thousands of customers with no phone service, leading to frustration and inconvenience. SUMMARY: The Laurel Jones County bookmobile, “Lottie,” is set to roll through the community, offering educational resources typically found at the library. The library transformed a 1989 Chance trolley, funded by grants and donations, to reach rural areas lacking transportation. Lottie will be in the community two to three days a week, with a schedule in development. Residents can also sign up for library cards.
