Former Natchez City Cemetery director dies

He became the director in 1998, driven by his passion for history, which inspired him to write “Legends of the Nachas City Cemetery” in 2009, a compilation of over 100 stories from the site. Estus also co-founded Angels on the Bluff. A graveside service was held for him, where he was laid to rest in the cemetery he cherished.

ICC sees continued increase in enrollment
