Apalachee High School shooting: Bikers show up to vigil | FOX 5 News

Georgia gas prices hold steady ahead of holiday weekend | Georgia
SUMMARY: In Georgia, the average cost of regular unleaded gasoline is $2.93 per gallon, unchanged from last week but up from $2.71 last month. A fuel tax moratorium implemented by Governor Brian Kemp ended on October 16. The lowest gas prices are in the Catoosa-Dade-Walker area at $2.77, while the highest are in Hinesville-Fort Stewart at $3. AAA warns that Hurricane Sara could potentially impact prices soon. As Thanksgiving approaches, over 71 million Americans are expected to travel by car, surpassing last year’s record of 70.4 million. Georgia’s gas prices remain below the national average of $3.07.

Petition filed to get Rockdale County BioLab facility shut down | What we know
SUMMARY: A new petition is calling for Rockdale County to revoke Biolab’s business license following a chemical fire at the facility in September, which caused widespread health issues and evacuations. The fire, the third at the lab since 2004, affected thousands of families and businesses.
