Amari Marshall talks dance and more!
SUMMARY: Dance has taken me around the world, providing new experiences and the chance to meet incredible people I never would have encountered otherwise. It has changed my life and broadened my perspective. I love dance for these reasons. Teaching dance for 15 years, especially to children, has allowed me to inspire and build confidence in young girls, which I consider the greatest part of my legacy. This experience prepares me to connect and inspire others. Outside of dance, I find inspiration in daily life, especially living in Brooklyn, where just sitting on the stoop and observing can be profoundly inspirational.
