Four-star general tours warships under construction at Ingalls Shipyard

Frustrations heightening as potholes from I-10 roadwork lead to traffic jams, incidents
SUMMARY: Road work on I-10 is causing significant disruptions for drivers, particularly around Diamond Head and Harrison County.
