Aberdeen man faces more charges after other alleged drug crimes

SUMMARY: Johnnie Lee Drake, of Aberdeen, was twice in Monroe County, Mississippi for alleged drug crimes. He was first arrested on February 6 and charged with possession of methamphetamine and a weapon by a convicted felon. Prior to this, he was arrested on January 31 for sale of methamphetamine and posted a $15,000 bond the same day. According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, Drake started selling on the same day he posted bond. He has been booked in the Monroe County jail 28 times.
