SUMMARY: In March, we shared the story of a nonprofit, tuition- Christian school in Laurel, founded by Amanda Coie, who dreamed of giving a central location with better resources. the story, generous strangers helped raise $200,000โ€”enough to renovate the historic Old Glory House into the new Unlimited Dreams Christian Learning Center. The revamped facility now includes classrooms, a commercial kitchen, library, playground, and cafeteria. The school, which started during the pandemic, will soon host 117 students under one roof. An open house is set for Thursday, from 5 to 7 p.m., at 803 North 2 Avenue in Laurel.
