Legislation introduced to allow online voter registration in Mississippi

The Clarksdale native later became a third-round NFL draft pick, playing seven seasons with the Chicago Bears. After his playing career, Metcalf returned to complete his degree and transitioned into coaching. He is also the father of current NFL star DK Metcalf.
