Saturday morning urban Fitness ride

start building Fitness with us Saturday morning Urban style. We want to start doing some gravel riding but the roads will be pretty trashed this Saturday morning so we might as well arrive from the shop and start getting our legs tuned up. this will be an urban fitness ride with an average pace of 14 to 17 miles an hour. most of us will be using our gravel bikes, but if you’re fast on the hybrid or want to try your road bike, bring it on. This ride is designed for medium Fitness and will last for a duration of about an hour and a half . our intention is to stick together as a group, but if for some reason we are going too fast or too slow for you, feel free to peel off and roll it back to the shop at your own pace. there is no shame in starting the ride and not finishing.
