Cold-stunned turtles often experience pneumonia and frostbite, requiring personalized treatment plans, including fluids and antibiotics. The students gain invaluable experience that will aid their future careers while fostering a commitment to environmental conservation. Once rehabilitated, the turtles will be released back into Mississippi Sound.

PCC GulfChem Corporation announced on Tuesday its plan to bring manufacturing operations to Harrison County.
