Through a program called Picks for Kids, the family received new hearing aids worth $8,000, alleviating financial burdens. Shiloh enjoys her fashionable hearing aids, which enhance both her hearing and her ability to connect with friends.

Fran Fluhler started serving people from the front porch of her home. 20 years later, her efforts have grown into an operation with its own building and laundry list of volunteers.
