SUMMARY: Deputy Ignacio Dan Diaz, the third victim in a deadly crash involving Palm Beach sheriff’s deputies, died five days after the wreck. Diaz had been in critical condition at St. Mary’s Medical Center. The crash occurred when Diaz, Corporal Lewis PZ, and Deputy Ralph Waller were working a traffic detail on the side of the road.
