Little Flock helping storm victims by taking away this fee
SUMMARY: The Little Flock City Council has voted to waive building permit fees for residents rebuilding after storms that occurred this year. During a recent meeting at Sunshine School, the council approved Ordinance 2024-015, allowing for fee waivers or reimbursements for structures damaged in the storms on May 26 and November 4. This initiative aims to support local rebuilding efforts as the holiday season approaches, potentially saving property owners hundreds to thousands of dollars based on individual circumstances.
Folks that are working to clean up from May 26 or November 4 storms will get a break for the next year.
