SUMMARY: Winter Haven city leaders voted 3-2 to end the addition of fluoride to the water supply, a practice that began in 1986. Commissioner Brad Danler cited a recent federal court ruling that mandated the EPA to strengthen fluoride regulations, highlighting potential health risks, particularly for children.
