State treasurer: Affordable college tuition ‘Legacy Plan’ now 100% funded

The College Savings Board updated actuarial assumptions in 2020, which further strengthened the plan. The newer Horizon Plan, started in 2014, is also fully funded at 135.5%. Former Gulf Coast church leader pleads guilty on child porn charges
