Video catches man dragging dogs behind car | FOX 5 News

SUMMARY: Investigators in DeKalb County are seeking public assistance to identify a man caught on surveillance dragging two dogs from his car bumper. The incident, which occurred on September 13 at the Redan Recreation Center, was alarming as the man briefly exited his dark-colored Chevrolet Malibu, untied the dogs, and drove away to conceal his license plate. Tragically, one of the dogs, a medium-sized black mix, did not survive, while the other, a brindle mix, has found a new home. The driver faces two counts of felony aggravated animal cruelty, potentially resulting in a decade in prison and a $30,000 fine.

Disturbing video out of DeKalb County as investigators hope someone will be able to identify a man seen dragging two dogs from his car bumper. This video shows the September incident at a county recreation center.

Thousands of absentee ballots may not count in this Georgia county | FOX 5 News

SUMMARY: In Cobb County, over 3,000 absentee ballots may not be counted due to a Georgia Supreme Court stay on a lower court’s ruling that extended the return deadline. Sec. of State Raffensperger discusses Georgia election security plan | FOX 5 News
