Impact weather: Rain likely for Halloween in Louisville
SUMMARY: Meteorologist Matt Milosevic reports mild temperatures in the region with highs around 70°F, above the normal 64°F. Kentucky expects high turnout election
SUMMARY: Secretary of State Michael Adams anticipates higher voter turnout in this election compared to 2020, citing a 58% increase in absentee ballot requests and a 164% rise in early voting participants.
