Mississippi man killed in Arkansas plane crash

Man hospitalized after trying to carjack woman in Flowood
SUMMARY: In Flowood, Mississippi, a suspect named Elias Ovilio Chox-chay, 28, was hospitalized after attempting to carjack a woman at a convenience store on Lakeland Drive. The incident occurred just after 11:00 a.m. on October 30. When police arrived, they witnessed Chox-chay trying to force his way into the woman’s vehicle as she was leaving. The woman managed to drive away, resulting in Chox-chay being thrown from the vehicle. EMCC hosts a cooking competition for high school students
