MUW and ECCC collaborate to enhance educational access

SUMMARY: East Central Community College (ECCC) and Mississippi for Women (MUW) have formed a partnership to create a โ€œ3+1+1โ€ educational pathway. This collaboration allows in specific career and technical education programs to complete three years at ECCC, followed by one year at MUW for a bachelor’s degree, and an additional year for a master’s degree. The memorandum of understanding, signed by ECCC President Dr. Brent Gregory and MUW President Nora Miller, includes 17 degree options in like business management, culinary arts, and information technology, aimed at enhancing educational access and professional advancement in Mississippi.
