San Antonio family shares miraculous story of 1-year-old boy born with rare congenital heart defect
SUMMARY: A San Antonio family, the Roachos, experienced a prenatal diagnosis that prepared them for their son Max’s birth with a rare congenital heart defect. Though Max’s condition is rare, he is now healthy and taking his first steps. Mother of Jocelyn Nungaray puts focus on daughterโs case, migrant crime at Trump rally in Austin
SUMMARY: As the election approaches, candidates ramp up their final campaigning efforts. Vice President Kamala Harris addressed voters in Kalamazoo, while former President Donald Trump rallied support in Novi, Michigan, receiving an endorsement from a local Muslim leader. Trump emphasized immigration and crime during his speech, sharing the story of Alexis Nungaray, whose daughter Joselyn was tragically murdered by undocumented migrants. Nungaray, who never engaged in politics before, is now using her daughter’s memory to advocate for border security. Meanwhile, Harris focused on women’s rights in Texas, avoiding the topic of immigration that resonates deeply with many voters.
Alexis Nungaray admits she is not the person most would expect upon a first impression.
โI’ve got blue hair, tattoos. I don’t look like your average person that is on stage with Donald Trump,โ the 27-year Latino-American mother said on Saturday afternoon.
The Houston mother found herself at a presidential rally in Austin on Friday, standing with Donald Trump, a man she has never voted for.
โWe will never forget Jocelyn. We’re not going to, we have all seen her picture,โ the former president said during the small rally inside of an airplane hangar.
