Daniels suggests great fishing opportunities exist even for those without boats, especially in areas like Bay St. Louis and nearby rivers, where fish and bait abound. He emphasizes that this season offers a chance to catch a significant quantity of fish, making it an ideal period for fishing enthusiasts.
