Gulfport woman pleads guilty to fatally shooting ex-boyfriend in 2022
SUMMARY: Edna Rivers, a 40-year-old woman from Gulfport, pleaded guilty to the second-degree murder of her ex-boyfriend, Kendr Stalworth, in 2022. She has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for the crime and for tampering with evidence. The investigation began when Rivers brought Stalworth to a hospital, prompting police to execute a search warrant at her home. During the search, officers discovered a shell casing and multiple blood spots, leading to her arrest.

Lutheran Church of the Pines offers taste of Thanksgiving to all
