Dallas invests $325 million in new park
SUMMARY: Excitement builds in North Texas as plans for a long-awaited park by the Trinity River floodway are finally underway. Skateboard parks, splash pads, roller rinks, and gardens are just a few things North Texans will be able to enjoy at the new Harold Simmons park along the Trinity River in Dallas. Demolition began today and the project will take around 3 years to complete.

Communications tower involved in Houston helicopter crash had recently been sold
