SUMMARY: Brandon police have arrested 18-year-old Jerry Carredondo-Rocha, a suspect in a North Carolina kidnapping case. On October 21, they were alerted by the Wake County Sheriff’s Department about the suspect’s vehicle. Police located the vehicle at a business, but Carredondo-Rocha fled on Interstate 20.
