Early voting for Nov. 5 Election begins Monday

SUMMARY: Early for the November 5th election begins tomorrow, October 21st, and runs through November 1st. Voting centers will open at 7 a.m. To participate, ensure you are registered and bring an acceptable ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or military ID. Temporary licenses won’t be accepted, but older expired IDs (up to four years) and certain combinations of IDs and residency proof are valid. Voters who miss the early voting period can still cast their ballots on Election Day. Harris County ballots include significant races beyond the presidential election. Cold case solved: DNA evidence helps find suspect in 2008 Grand Prairie killing
