Fire under control after explosion at propane facility in Brookshire, officials say

SUMMARY: A fire at the Rapid Exchange Propane facility in Brookshire, , has been successfully controlled a of explosions around 12:30 PM. Firefighters encountered chaotic conditions, with multiple propane bottles exploding, causing significant flames and black smoke visible from a distance. Although the fire spread to an adjacent building and nearby grass , it was contained within 30 acres despite windy conditions. Of the 15 employees present, only one sustained injuries and was hospitalized. Investigators are looking into the incident, particularly focusing on the propane transfer that may have triggered the explosions.

Manor community wants answers after deadly stabbing at high school | FOX 7 Austin

Business-backed PAC uses a hose of cash against firefighters in San Antonio charter fight

Complaints include unbearable chlorine smells and e.coli contamination. CSWR has stated that their disinfection equipment is operational but has not satisfactorily addressed residents’ concerns.
