SUMMARY: Rental prices in Nashville are declining faster than anywhere in the U.S., according to September data from realtor.com. While Nashville faces an oversupply of apartments, like Cincinnati see rising rents due to affordability. Nashville’s average rent stands at $1,578, significantly higher than nearby cities like Birmingham and Memphis.
