SUMMARY: This evening is cool and slightly damp, with a humidity of 75% and a dew point of 54. Expect lower humidity overnight, potentially leading to morning patchy fog. Temperatures will range from the 50s to 60s, dropping further as the night progresses. A warming trend is anticipated, reaching the mid-80s by the weekend, with pleasant low humidity. A weak upper system could bring clouds and a slight chance of isolated showers early next week. SUMMARY: Tropical Storm Oscar is losing its tropical characteristics after churning over southeastern Cuba, now appearing more like a post-tropical system due to significant wind shear and merging with another system from the U.S. The Atlantic and Caribbean are currently quiet, with no new systems expected. Morning temperatures may drop to the low 40s, but highs will reach the low 80s later in the week. Fog is a concern for Wednesday morning, impacting visibility. While temperatures will warm up significantly, the next chance of rain is minimal, expected late next week with brief showers possible.
