Jeff Lebby provides clarity for touchdown Brylan Lanier gave up against Georgia

Lamar County residents load up for second trip to help Helene victims – Home – WCBI TV

One killed, three injured in Yazoo County crash
SUMMARY: A two-vehicle crash in Yazoo County, Mississippi, resulted in one fatality and three injuries early Saturday morning, October 12. The accident occurred around 2:00 a.m. on U.S. 49 when a 2015 Honda Accord collided head-on with a Chevrolet Suburban, which subsequently caught fire. The driver of the Honda, 20-year-old Javiya Myles from Bentonia, died at the scene. The Chevrolet’s driver and two passengers were taken to the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson with unknown injuries. The Mississippi Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.

Man arrested after MHP chase ends in crash on I-220
SUMMARY: A traffic stop by the Mississippi Highway Patrol (MHP) on a Nissan Altima in Hinds County escalated into a chase on October 14. During the stop, officers discovered the passenger was a wanted individual. As the driver fled, the passenger took control of the vehicle and drove off. The chase concluded on I-220 South when the car crashed into a cable barrier. The driver, identified as 33-year-old Jody Tate from Bentonia, attempted to escape on foot but was apprehended. He was charged with felony fleeing and had several outstanding warrants. Tate was taken to the Yazoo County Detention Center.
