Fired guard says Atlanta councilwoman had no right to push him | FOX 5 News
SUMMARY: Anthony Monfort, the security guard involved in a recent altercation with Atlanta City Council member Liliana Bacari at Oakland Cemetery, spoke out about the incident for the first time. Biden to visit Florida in the aftermath of Hurricane Milton

Vigil planned for deceased Rockdale County soil and water supervisor
SUMMARY: This week, the community will honor the life of Kenny Johnson, the Rockdale County Soil and Water Conservation supervisor who collapsed after speaking at a public meeting about a chemical plume at the Bolab facility. Johnson, 62, was taken to Grady Hospital, where he later passed away. A candlelight vigil is scheduled for Tuesday, October 15th at 6 p.m. at his home on Fletes Road in Conyers, allowing friends and community members to come together to remember his contributions and legacy.
He collapsed after giving testimony at a public meeting about the chemical plume in Conyers.
