Man charged in crash that killed 7th grader in Fort Smith
SUMMARY: In Sebastian County, a man named Craig Asplund has been charged with driving while intoxicated following a random shooting incident that resulted in the death of a 7th-grade student. Gunman in deadly Mad Butcher shooting appears in court
