Hattiesburg VFW extends hurricane relief supply donation deadline through noon Sunday

Members of VFW Post 3036 loaded a truck with supplies collected over recent days and will accept donations on Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to noon. The truck departs for Florida on Monday. Organizers are seeking non-perishable food and essential supplies, urging the Pine Belt community to contribute. Supplies will be delivered to a VFW Post in St. Petersburg for distribution to hurricane survivors. Donations can also be made online at floridastormrelief.org.

Weddle takes oath of office as new Mississippi Court of Appeals judge
